Education Service Providers (ESPs) interested in participating in the West Virginia Hope Scholarship Program are welcome to register with the program beginning June 30, 2022 at the link below. For nonpublic/private schools, please email hopescholarshipwv@wvsto.com to obtain a unique link to register for the program in lieu of utilizing the link below. This unique link will allow access to the tuition and fees module in EMA once your account is established. For microschools who are interested in participating in the program, please use the link below to register – the unique link does not apply to microschools.
